I am trying to locate the position of the voltage regulator box on my land cruiser FJ 62 can you help me please?

not sure about a 62 but on my 60 it is on the alternator. A rectangular shaped box. Very easy to replace. 1 banana job.
Maybe it's external from the alternator in Australia.

No it's not there I've searched all over the engine bay with no luck. Just have to keep looking i guess thanks any way mate
The voltage regulator on the FJ62 alternator is internal... could remove alternator and take it to an alternator shop to have it disassembled, or would be easier to replace whole alternator.

I have a work shop manual shows the regulator box and how to rectify the problem but does not show the location
