Do any of you folks have a fairly solid grasp on real estate dealings in the state of VA (a house, not land)? I'm not ready to list my mother's house just yet but the vultures have been circling since the day after she left for her new place, both agents and individuals. I'd like to discuss a few things off line for clarity before shooting myself in the foot.
