According to the stamps, this is an OEM Aisin carb from a ‘84 fj60. Date of mfg is March 13, 1984. It came from my running '76 FJ40, and the PO had it installed when he had the engine rebuilt not long before I bought it.
When I restored my truck, I went with an EFI setup. Comes with a spacer block to raise it up to meet the OEM air cleaner housing on a 40, and a short wiring harness section connected to it - electric choke?
