Did you come up with a solution? Waiting to see what to order to cover mine up.
I ended up starting a CAD (cardboard) project on this before I departed on a big trip. It's been setting on the shop bench for a couple weeks.

Huge apology for this issue. The team is looking into why we have a batch like this with the brackets offset. Not sure how many were affected, but we will be sure it's handled.
Just as a heads up, I received my bumper two months ago. Still has the same issue….

I think I’m just gonna give the CBI one a try, at least for the next dudes that have this issue. It’s measurements are 9x9x9. SSO doesn't list any on their site. It also looks like there is an additional mounting point. So hopefully it doesn't take 6 months to ship.

Just as a heads up, the CBI washer tank skid only works in conjunction with CBI bumpers. Soo looks like those of us with the headlight washers are kinda screwed.

The C4 unit worked great for me.

Do you have headlight washers?
Yes and I modified the bottom port to go up at 90 degrees. This way it will not be rested on by the metal cover.

Awesome, I’ll order one today. Did you only have one mounting point to the body, on their website it looks like there are two. I'm not sure what tire size you have, but does it look like it’ll rub with 34s or 35s?
Look back on this post and you can see what I did. I cut off the upper mount on the bracket because i didn’t want to have to take out the 5/8 bolt or drill the hole in the bracket out to 5/8. A stud could be welded on the end of the 5/8 bumper bolt and you could use both mounts. I made the other mount out of a Garage door opener pull bar.
I just want to keep a stick out of the hoses and tank wires.
I’m running 275/65/18 Kenda tires. They don’t rub the box. I do touch the fender plastic occasionally. I need to get the heat Gun on it .

Howdy. I recently completed 3x Victory 4x4 Projects recently:

1) Got my strike rear bumper installed on my '13. Took me and 2 buddies the better part of a day, but I was generally pretty happy with the final result. I still have some errors from the ultrasonic sensors (the harness is too short, so I think some of the pins are receiving intermittent contact).

2) Installed both the driver and passenger side swing-outs + spare tire mount and dual jerry can mount. Everything is incredibly solid, although one issue that I had was the tolerancing on the spindles / thru-holes in the bumper. In the install video, the spindles are lubed up with anti-seize, and they easily drop into the bores on the rear bumper. However, mine were not a slip fit, and more like a transitional interference fit, so I ended up forcibly installing mine with a mallet (these are stationary, so I figured this was fine). It was a double-whammy of a day, when I saw that the lid on the dual can jerry holder does not close with 2x Scepter containers! I had to swap the Scepter brand for Wavian brand. Before you ask - in the photo below, the lid is not fully latched.

3) I did the rear camera and license plate relocation, since the swing outs and accessories block the rear camera view. While the build hardware and instructions were very well done and nothing short of top notch, I'm not a huge fan of the new location, since I can't run a spare tire trash bag. I really wish that the camera could interface to the Adventure Carrier itself (low) or onto the Jerry Can Holder. Although this wasn't my favorite solution, at <$150, it'd be hard to cobble something together on your own for less.

After installing the below Victory 4x4 Products, I can say that all of these things are rock solid, and look like they will last for a long time. Additionally, all of the instructions are spot-on and easy to follow. Although I ran into a few areas where I thought things could have been better (Difficulty of installing the Adventure Carrier Spindles, Dual Jerry Can holder not fitting Scepter containers, and the rear-camera relocation kit architecture), I would purchase the below items again. Hoping that @brimy311 can take some of this feedback into future iterations of these products, and continue to whip out some great stuff.
  • Rear Tailgate Table
  • Adventure Carrier (left)
  • Aventure Carrier (Right)
  • Strike Rear Bumper
  • Dual Jerry Can Holder
  • Universal Spare Tire Holder
  • Universal License plate & Camera Relocation Kit

FYI all…I ordered my rear Strike bumper, right side spare tire swing out, and plate/camera relocation kit on March 8, 2022 and is scheduled to be delivered on June 3, 2022 (87 days).
I have a plethora of parts to install so I’ll create a build thread once I have a solid week break from the fam and work🤘

Anyone with the rear bumper have a good side shot on level ground? Trying to get a good idea of how far down it hangs in comparison to stock. I know there was a comparison for the front bumpers, but I do t remember seeing one for the rear.

How much weight other than the bumper in the rear?
Good question. I have a 75L fridge + dual drawer system + a whole bunch of other stuff, so probably close to 500 lbs. However, I'm running Dobinson's C59-327 springs, which are too soft for my application. I plan to swap to Dobinson's 329's.
