@brimy311

I shot you a PM, but wanted to draw your attention to some quality concerns with Victory products over on the 100 series board.

I acknowledge the small sample size. But, as someone with a current bumper order, I'm concerned & hoping you guys can add some context.

Oh man I don’t like that. Might have to stick with Ironman for $1200...

We ship nearly 2000 orders a month, we do have issues like this pop up from time to time. However, we’ve been doing this for 17 years, we are far from shady s*** peddlers and our customer service is not bad. I’m sure there is more information between CS and this customer that I’m not aware of.

Daryl will be responding from our Victory4x4 account this morning.

Open order banks for the rear bumper and tire carrier so that I can convince myself to keep the GX lol.

Yikes, $400...

Cheaper than OrangeBoxx.
Yeah I guess it is. I just know for an FJ I can get a stainless steel tailgate table shipped from Australia for $325, so it kind of hit me as a strong number. Others may disagree.

It is a tad high, I paid $180 for my Kaon table and another $90 to have it shipped from Australia. That said, it's a very simple design and lacks some of the features that the Victory and OrangeBoxx tables offer, if that matters to you. Lastly, it's made in the USA so there's that to consider.

Yep, just depends what you want. To me for a potential food prep table I would rather have stainless steel, though that is not a big deal... and as I have mentioned before I don't care about molle, not interested in strapping a bunch of stuff to my tailgate.

I was considering the koan for a while but I didn't really like the fact that it's only getting attached to the plastic cover. I'm thinking what if I want to make a 25lb turkey out in the woods and need somewhere to prep it🤔 lol.......

I bolted mine through the panel and used over sized fender washers to further distribute the load. I wouldn't mount it with the self-tapping screws that were provided. I've had over 20lbs on mine (precision rifle) for hours with no issues, that's a pretty hefty load compared to what most would use it for. If I am willing to trust $11K+ to sit on there for hours unattended then it should be fine for the majority of users.

Heh, I just looked at the Kaon SS table and little cubby storage cage for the GX 460... these days with shipping and exchange it comes out right under $400. Go figure.

The body gap on that 100 series would leave me pretty disappointed (and makes me think it was installed incorrectly) but the rest is silly. Hardware was a mixup that can be fixed in 10 minutes at Lowes.

Complaining about lack of welds or GR8 hardware just shows the posters ignorance. A 1" weld of 6010 is going to exceed the breaking strength of a 3/8" GR8 bolt. Things do not need to be full pen welded on all sides to achieve structural strength that meets the material itself (reality is far less than that).
