Those look to be horns from a Toyota DA60 diesel truck, introduced in March 1957. The part numbers are DA60 58600 and DA60 58700.

The specs page identifies the DA60 as 24volt.

And the BJ25 parts catalog, page 9, identifies it as 6volt.
