I have a Land Cruiser 100 series 4.5 6 cylinder GCC specs with an A442F transmission.
I purchased it from a relative eight months back and since then it has been about troubleshooting a different issue every other day. There was no maintenance history and the car was a complete mess.
A while ago it started to have very low acceleration on D but moved perfectly on manual shifting from L to 2 to D. Now the issue is that the vehicle is not moving in any gear, L, 2, D or R. I have checked the oil level at the operating temperature after swapping all the gears, back to P and the pressure is between the allowable range on the dip stick.
Sometimes it would move forward or reverse slightly like a few meters and then would stop moving again.
The throttle cable is at its position as per the service manual and the idle rpm is 800.
There is no engine or O/D check light.

please help me out or guide me the way forward.
Thank you

I would drain the transmission, check filter, and solenoids.

Have you tried turning center lock on to see if it makes any difference?

transfer case is in Hi or Low - correct
In both H and L, it’s the same response from the vehicle, not moving. Yesterday I carried out a pressure test by connecting a gauge in place of the pressure plug. There was no pressure buildup for any of the gear lever position, idle or stalling. I suspect the gear pump to be the culprit or please let me know if there is another possibility.

Check if the hand brake is engaged, also raise the car on jacks and put it in neutral and release the hand brake to make sure that all wheels are spinning free by hand.
