I've just put in Valvoline SynPower 10W30 synthetic oil in my BJ74 for the winter to help in the cooler weather startups. Greg's forwarded some informative oil discussion sites (I can't believe people sit around and talk so much about oil), but they are way too technical for me.

Anyone here use this particular oil in their turbo diesels? Anything good/bad to say? I was considering Lubro Moly Vol-Synthese 5W40, but it was a lot more money. I bought the SynPower for $19 CDN/5L at the local Wal*Mart.
