Valve guild/stem worn or not worn

I presume that if no seal on the valves one would see tons of smoke when driven. Reason I say this is I was going into my box of extra parts looking for a valve cover gasket that I have and found the remnants of the engine overhaul kit I bought for this build. In the box I found 12 engine valve stem seals -1.
I am now concerned if they even installed any as I do not remember ever having some from a prior build. :bang:
Will be removing the V-cover Saturday and will be very curious in what I see.

If they are all missing I would say the guides to stem tolerance is pretty good.

I would say so. Will know tomorrow.

Sorry guys for the delay on this out come on if the seals are bad or? Had a slight slip on some wire fence were I cut the old figure making it a bit hard to work so will have to wait a week to let it heal. Had to show the bobo pretty cool. Cheers
