My cousin in the military is thinking of bringing over a Prado if there is good value in it. 1986 or so Prado with 256,000 Kilometers on it. It's clean and looks like an FJ60, it's diesel. Any idea on the value on this?

The tranny is quite good & accessories are interchangeable with the Bundera. I have found that most 7x series body bits are sort of interchangeable (Bumpers, Towbars, Bullbars) & the rear dif is similar to the Dyna (1.5 to 2.5 tonne utility)
If he can do it, go the 80 series.cruiser_guy said:People tell me that the BJ60 is a slug with the 3.4l diesel (I find it just fine especially with the turbo), I can't imagine a 2.4l diesel in a 'Cruiser!
If this guy can bring over a 'Cruiser I think he'd be better off with a '60 series, '70 series or an '80 series.
