Yup, we've supplied parts for many and done some in house too.

These are fully built 80 and 100 Series T-Case's, both feature 10% underdrive, 3.1:1 Low Range gears and the part-time conversion kits installed.

What would one of these run locally without a core (I want to be able to go back to stock.) (100 series)

We have a limited supply of cores so our price is going to be $650 for the core, add the gears you want, rebuild kit you want and labor.

I looked at this Otramm video many times then dove in. This is only part 1 there are two. It is 80 series but the case part is really the same. It also helps to see the various gear pulls and sequence although it does not cover underdrive and there are some differences in between the 100 and the 80.
The underdrive uses an 80series idler tube/shaft which Kurt and cruiseroutfitters is stocking. Can’t say enough good about their support on this for me.View attachment 2198261

gonna bring this back from the dead. if i had the 80 transfer case, i can use the idler and shaft from it and not have to buy the TCG9807HRKIT kit from @cruiseroutfit just buy the high gear if i wanted to do the high and not low?
