We have owned this 2000 100 series since 2004 with 60k miles on it. It now has 153,500 miles on it. The timing belt and associated 90k mile service (water pump, et al) was performed at under 100,000 (see picture for actual mileage). New Firestone Destination A/T were put on earlier this year.
THE GOOD:
The vehicle runs and drives great. Over the course of ownership, I have replaced the front disks and pads with toyota parts, repacked wheel bearings, replaced 2 coil packs when they went bad, replaced teh O2 sensors, and replaced rear pads.
The radio unit was replaced with a pioneer double DIN unit that is bluetooth and has a iPOD connection.
Rear A/C and the front A/C works great.
THE BAD:
The motorized antenna doesn't work...
There are a few scrapes on the exterior, along with a few dings. These are either from branches, door dings, etc. All of the scrapes are into the paint, but did not produce dents. I will take some pictures of the affected areas soon...
It is time for a newer vehicle for us...no trades unless it is a 2005+ GX470 or 4Runner with under 60k miles.
