Seriously though, if the frame is good (highly doubt it though) it's worth the asking price IMO. The sky's the limit on a clean '83 as opposed to any other year in the same shape. Source a clean tub (you will buck up for one), but it will be a wise investment. Shouldn't last too long at that price.

Looking at the first picture it does not appear to have power steering as I cannot see any coolant lines under the bib
