USA offroad trailer coupler source?

I have an M101 trailer that had the pintle ring cut off and a crap hack weld installation of a ball hitch was installed sometime in the trailer's life (since 1953).

I would like to cut this off and install an offroad coupler, like a Treg or a Trigg or and Orac, but cannot find a USA source for them, only Aussie sources. Any ideas?
