Here on this thread will be a schedule of upcoming meetings 6 months in advance.
We're hoping for larger turnouts to the meetings and maybe with some more advanced notice, that will be possible.

Dates are up for discussion on the monthly Thread but will likely stay as is

Meetings are on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

Schedule:

June: 20/06/2018 7pm at the CVI Pub, Duncan

July: 18/07/2018 7pm at the 6Mile Pub, Victoria

August: 15/08/2018 7pm at the 6Mile Pub, Victoria

September : 19/09/2018 7pm at the CVI pub in Duncan

CVI is undergoing renovations, call first I think. Looks like it's open but not sure situation.
Just happened to drive by on way to Canadian Tire.
I'd go, but I'll be in Wichita, KS on that day.

We had a meet last month at the CVI. Washrooms were outside in a portable, but otherwise it worked.

Tonight is out for me... next week likely isn’t much better.

I was planning on it, might be a bit late though

I won't be able to make it tonight. I'm starting to figure out why all the past club members who bought houses and have school age kids don't show up anymore. :bang:

Will do my best to start making some meetings again this Fall however.

No worries, doesn’t seem to be a good month for people. Myself included, I should probably actually spend tonight Swapping the rad in the BJ70. I bought a big Chinese aluminum rad from eBay, bolt in for a 70 series.
Around $380 at my door. Looks pretty good for the price, although some of the edges are a little sharp:rolleyes:

Maybe we’ll just try again in September

Don’t forget the malahat has been closed all day... maybe just opening Southbound at 5:30

September sounds good to me.

Let me know how that rad works out. I've been eyeing those rads up too. I swapped my old rad (that had upgraded core but was losing fins) to a good condition OEM thickness rad from Keith. Nice rad, but just doesn't cool as well as my old one. Fine for normal driving but not towing. I'm assuming an aluminum one would cool even better than my old rad did....

Evans is supposed to be better with aluminum from what I learned in early research. Not a deal breaker, but
side note.

I guess I'll see you all in November meeting.

I'd like to say a hopeful yes...as well I can try and get my buddy out who just bought a BJ70 :-)

So , is this tonight?

We're bailing.

Worked on siding and flashing all day, got to the, "if I drink this beer, I'll have had too many and I can't go" tipping point...

and I drank the s*** outta that beer. :hillbilly:

Got distracted by family chaos and boys hockey practice until 9pm...got home and was like, “what am I forgetting...?” Just realized now at 11:30pm. Sorry guys!?!
