Met a guy today in a little two door Prado like Nicks. Invited him to coffee tomorrow morning. Nice truck, has it running cool with a nice little intercooler in the grill. Appreciates all of Nicks help!

So first you must dangerously run with only one generator while a manager (who will be a doctor with zero relatable experience) tries to put off any decisions until he retires,
then, hire a group to do a study on whether it's more cost effective to rebuild or replace.
Then, when receiving the recommendation to replace, ignore it because rebuilding will be marginally cheaper.
Then, go insanely overbudget and spend a couple hundred k rebuilding, and then and only then.....
throw it away.

Got a Yamaha cause out of options. We had a good meeting. Jim, John, Rob, new guy Ian, nice kid with the 4 Runner, Jeep guy(sorry name went away in my head), and me. I was kinda stressed, 48 hrs but got the new Yamaha working. So saved the freezer food. I think I’ll keep posting these Saturday morning meetings when I’m home. At least keeps the group together and nice to get some new guys into the loop.
And 4Runner guy, send me a pm. I can give you some more info about parts and stuff.

I just pulled my injectors and will be sending them to Kelowna for new nozzles and tuning so I'm out for a couple weeks. February will be my next available time...but yeah, we should probably keep things official and actually meet and talk shop again sometime.

Ya I was thinking a meeting this month is in order but didn't seem to materialize.
I'd be interested in doing one next week if people are keen, can make it in Duncan if there going to be upislanders attending.

Preferably Thurs for me, but I think for the duncan meets you should try to get a show of hands, kindof a waste for everyone to drive for an hour and only 3 people show.
