Update on my Duiser URB order:
I ordered (and paid for) a pair of URBs in early / mid-May. After several weeks of no updates, and no responses to my email inquiries, I opened a complaint in PayPal to get my money back. Suddenly and randomly, the package with my URBs showed up in today's mail - about a month after ordering. I can be patient for stuff like this - especially with a small business. But it would have been nice to get some kind of response to my emails. I thought they had shut the lights off and walked away or something.

On a side-note, my new recovery points look very nice. I haven't installed them yet, but it's a nice thick piece of steel, powder coated and includes mounting hardware.

I wouldn't.

Oh man, I just ordered a set last week. Hope they come through, I didn't know there was an issue with these guys.

They received the PayPal Wednesday so it's only been 5 days

i just got a shipment notification, looks promising!

Package arrived today, that's 9 days from purchase date. Everything looks good to me, I'd say go for it!

I ordered a set on labor day and they arrived today so I am completely satisfied with the process and they are pretty dang heavy duty.

Ordered. Still have not received. Ages ago

So does anyone know if Duiser is still open for Business? Looks like Jonsey restorations is gonzo.

I ordered off of the duiser website, I know theyre affiliated with jonseys but to what extent I don't know.

I would avoid personally. Not write them off, stuff happens, but until I hear something different I'm avoiding

I'd like a set of URB's may have found someone to make them for around $40/pair on 10+ pairs

Are you starting another group buy? Will they be strength tested?
Its been about a year since I discussed with the guy, found him off ebay in Texas that does pipe and tabs for sprint cars, sent him a drawing asking for it in 1/2" cold rolled flat bar, heated to bend and weld a gusset on the inside and he came back with that price, I think single pairs were $75 or so, I'll have to dig up the emails again. Doubt they would be strength tested

My experience: I ordered a rotor/knuckle rebuild kit from the jonesy/duiser website. Joel (the guy in the videos) sold Jonesy/duiser to Dustin who also owns diesel adapters.com. Unfortunately customer service is quite poor, search for this company on 'mud and you won't find many 'happy' experiences. It's quite horrifying what this guy has done to a formerly reputable vendor. I had to get my CC company involved because they didn't sent me squat and there was ZERO communication from them. I got my stuff eventually, maybe 2 months after I ordered it. Long story short, you'll probably have to get your CC company to fight your battle for you ...:bang:

So Joel is totally out of the picture now? When did this happen?
