The truck is in great mechanical condition. When I purchased it I had it serviced by Red Label Automotive in Vacaville, who does the work for Expedition Imports. New Brake pads and rotors were installed, turbo charger was rebuilt, new fuel pump and fuel primer pump. All the filters and fluid have been changed to approved MB fluids. Amsoil fluids were used in portals, axles, transmission. Engine runs great and starts easily. Tires have good tread on them including the two spares. I redid the battery system and added four 4D AGM batteries with proper fuses and switches. I also added a Bluesea battery charger to charge the house batteries while driving. I repainted the grill black (Looks much better)

There are a few issues: Clear coat on the hood is pealing, Fuel float needs to be bent up a little..its off. Turbo needs a new pyro sensor for its accessory gauge( I haven't had it done because you can clearly tell if the turbo isn't working when going up a hill), also needs a new fuse for the turn signals/flashers. One of the spares has some dry rot, still drivable if you needed it but should be changed at some point.

Its registered in California as an RV so registration is only about $110 a year!

Our film office is in Henderson Nevada but we are currently filming all around the southwest so we might be in your town. We will also be at the Overland Expo if you'd like to check it out then.

We are asking $49,000
REDUCED to $46,000 OBO

Does it have working gears and crawling gears? Or only working gears or neither? High speed hub gears? Helgeth overdrive? What size tires? When was the trans diffs and portals serviced last. How many hours on the motor. A wee bit more info about the mog itself would be nice

The 1300 came in a working axles (army trucks, utility trucks, basic 4x4 usage, etc) and a high speed axles (ambulances, fire trucks, stuff that was more suited for road use). This truck was a former german army truck and has the working axles. It has 8 forward and reverse gears and the first 3 are incredibly low. I don't know the exact ratio. Engine is a turbo charged OM352A.

The tires are Michelin 395/85R20 XLM 46" Tires. The tread is pretty aggressive but not bad on the freeway. 2 spare tires on the back.

Was last serviced last may by the guys who do the work for expedition imports and I've changed all the fluids every 6 months.

Truck has 120k kilometers, it was rebuilt by the factory at around 85k

send me a email at (chad at iconmotionpictures dot com) if you have any other questions or would like to come check it out. It's located in Henderson NV just outside Vegas. The truck runs great and has a lot more life in her.

Then .06 kph isnt achievable. If it has standard hub gears and ring and pinions even with the 395s on it it has a top speed at best of 57 mph. And thats at 2800 rpm. I am very familiar with unimogs as not only do i own 3 myself but its also my job. Yours is nice dont get me wrong however when trying to sell a mog especially an older 1300 provide more information as most who arent familiar with them are easily misguided and dont fully understand what they are jumping into.

And as far as being serviced by expedition importers i spend more time unscrewing their screw ups then i care to speak of. Theyre total hacks and have no respect in the unimog world. I wouldnt trust them to air up the tires

I didn't say it does .06. I'm not a unimog expert, I'm a filmmaker, this is just a tool for us. I've tried getting to know her as much as i can but im no car guy. It can do 55-60, didn't say you want to drive that fast. Max I usually go is 75-80 klmph. It was serviced by red label automotive in Vacaville who does some of the jobs for expedition imports. It was taken there because Scott was busy and frankly charged more. The guys at red label are very knowledgable.

75-80 klmph would be roughly 46-50 mph

all depends how you wanna do on gas mileage, ride quality, & speed. Driving out on some remote new mexico roads is much different than down the 405 freeway.

Neat expedition camper. GLWS never mind comments from guys who camp at the Koa's in their Winnebagos. This is a sweet, specific purpose driven rig!

haha thanks,

pending offer if anyone is interested this may be your last chance to jump on it

buyer has up and disappeared when they said they were transferring the $ soooo the truck is still available. Open to any reasonable offer

thanks
