Meshal, I looked at part and it is something we here in the US did not have to my knowledge. We only had the small cap attached directly to the axle, no hose to extend it. Many people remove the cap and make their own hose system with a different generic cap to move the breather up high. For example I placed hoses on both of my axles and the transfer case and routed them to an air manifold up high on my firewall. Water would have to be up to my windshield to get inside the breathers.

Back to the part itself … It looks like -60040 and 60050 are similar, maybe with different brackets. There are some available on eBay and elsewhere but I don’t know if those parts are discontinued too. Maybe the stuff on eBay is all that remains.
Hey Jim, that's interesting since my 1985 definitely has the hose breather assy on both my front and rear axles and it has what appear to be factory brackets. Maybe it was a cut in/out based on supply during production?

It could be that both 60s I owned had already been modified too. 40 years is a long time for a vehicle to survive in completely stock form.

62 rear exhaust section. Still out there.

It's an insanely good price for what you get.

I don't expect this part to be around much longer.

Current availability is decent for a 40 year old part.

Exactly! Get it while you can peeps. I didn’t even think it was still offered new until recently. I assumed “no way they still sell that”. I paid a little over $300 to the local dealer. Worth it.

$350 for a local pickup, with tax. I'm sure I could have shopped around and saved a little more but there was no need. I'd rather not have Fedex/UPS bend it in half.

Smart.

I used to ship these all the time and the shipping was generally about the same price as the part itself.

@HemiAlex Those hangers look to be in almost the same spot as on a 60. Since the 60 part #s are NLA, I wonder if I could make this work. I'd rather not continue booger welding my holey exhaust back together every 6-9 months, it just feels like throwing good labor after bad. Even if I have to cut the hangers off that 62 part and stitch them back on in the 60 locations, it might be worth it. Hmmm....

You could very easily.

Flanged nuts in 15mm with washers and serrated nuts. This it top quality rigging.

I need to get a batch order of proper hardware from McMaster Carr or metric overland.

Those are available at your local dealer who didn't know which battery terminals were which ;)

I've got one on my '86 FJ60. I had the local muffler shop (the one that does the exhaust systems for a lot of the lowriders in the Espanola Valley) fabricate a short pup section with the correct flanges on either end (the FJ60 and FJ62 have different flange patterns). Check out my Posts #18, #19, and #20 here:

90915-01014 has been discontinued ... but I've brough it back. Timing gear oil nozzle for the 2F. Probably the 3F/E as well, and maybe F & F.5s too.

The nozzle being on this diagram is a bit weird for sure. The diagram with the timing plate says "refer to other diagram" (the one pictured here). So this is where it lives.

File under: Ultimate OEM-alike part back in stock because of the aftermarket. I know I'm a small fry in that department, with so many other vendors bringing back dead parts, but contributing feels good. Plus I needed one of these for my own 2F rebuild haha!

This works for 1970s FJ40s with the 2F as well. I'm still sussing out what else it applies to - open to feedback.

Cool. That nozzle was used on F, 2F, 3F, 3F-E and 2D (diesel truck?)

I hadn't heard of the D engine family until now so I went and did some searching. That's old stuff! Good to know these nozzles work on the rest of the F engine family, too. Thanks!
