42306-60051 aka: Hose Sub-Assy, Rear Axle Breather
is gone, if there is a replacement please share 🙏🏽
Meshal, I looked at part and it is something we here in the US did not have to my knowledge. We only had the small cap attached directly to the axle, no hose to extend it. Many people remove the cap and make their own hose system with a different generic cap to move the breather up high. For example I placed hoses on both of my axles and the transfer case and routed them to an air manifold up high on my firewall. Water would have to be up to my windshield to get inside the breathers.

Back to the part itself … It looks like -60040 and 60050 are similar, maybe with different brackets. There are some available on eBay and elsewhere but I don’t know if those parts are discontinued too. Maybe the stuff on eBay is all that remains.

my '87 had the extended breathers as well.

It looks like I used 43209-60011 for both the front and rear breather tubes.

This is what I installed on GHOST …

I was impressed overall …

I did substitute the black clip / clamp for the tiny-azz silver one ……at first

I add the OEM double SEMS bolt too

when first exploring this new-ish to me parts topic when I first adopted GHOST , I hunted for the kit with the most diverse mounting brackets and the longest section of the hose itself , the bracket is more adaptable on all toyota applications then I understood at the time …

Later , when sweeping 🧹 up the shop it caught my eye in the debris pile because it flashed the sun-light / reflection out the corner of my eye …?

I guess instinctively now that’s an instant stop what you’re doing and investigate the new and sparky BLING factor …. :D

that was a good thing , stainless steel it is and heavy duty tough as nails it’s spring tension is has ….

No finger tips here for dam sure …😬

The black one is a OEM cooling system overflow hose clip , and it’s mighty nice of Mr T to add the little bare skin tips of fingers loopy’s on each end ….

do more then 2 in 2 minutes or less …? SST it will be …

.

I have a pending order for 69057-22041 and it’s been about a week. What’s the availability of it? Back ordered?

That is something you'd have to ask wherever you have a pending order.

We stock them @ Cruiser Outfitters, 10+ in stock

He wouldn’t give me an answer since it was an “online order and different system”. Wouldn’t let me go to manager either.

We could afford to offer lower prices if we didn't have to stock parts, ship parts, know what the parts fit, or answer questions about parts, orders or orders shipping. :D

We may be a tad higher price but you would have had it in your doorstep two days after ordering.

I'm looking for a pair of these for the 89 FJ62 - anyone have some in stock? I've googled around and checked the usual suspects with no luck so far.

No, but we have a near identical looking (all black steel) that is made in Japan (KYB) here in stock. Part# SUS69106AFT

Let’s just say I’m buying a lot of them so I will keep you in mind for the next one.

Though I looked on your site and couldn’t find it listed. Might have missed it?

CruiserTeq.com doesn't have them (yet, they are adding product daily). That is a slower moving part so it's down on their list. We've got just about 1/3 of our parts on CruiserTeq at this point. Those 33% are likely the top 75% sellers (guessing) but we still have a looong ways to go.

Part# LOCK22041, 9 here :D

What a beautiful sight! I’d let people know too and product suggestion to sell that if they want extra keys they’ll need a 90999-00099 key blank since it uses a different key style than the true original 60 series ignition.

I should have a decent stash of those too.

We have a pretty large selection of OE key blanks including a health stash of the 90999-00011-0x cylinder coded one-side cut keys. All NOS and hiding in a box with my key code books and cutter down the "Kurt Aisle" upstairs at the shop. I joking call it my retirement aisle. :D

Do you know how it would be on back order if there are 3 in the country?

I'm going to guess the part is not in-stock at your facing depot?
