Ultimate OEM 60 series parts still in stock

Sadly, that one did die recently. You can use the later 8/87+ 6x bumper with some mods/additional parts, part# 52111-90A03

Yeah, thanks, I forgot about that. If I remember correctly, I'd just need to source the front horns/arms from a 62 frame.

I've debated putting an aftermarket bumper on my 60 vs keeping it stock after it's painted.... Maybe the discontinued OEM bumper is a sign?

A few weeks ago, I got the OEM part for both left and right rear combination taillight, brake, reverse lenses for about $45 each for my HJ60... from Lakeland Toyota, aka Toyota Parts Overstock, in Florida.
Parts numbers for the lenses... Right-hand lens is 8155190A00 and left-hand lens is 8156190A00. Just checked, and both are still listed as available as of date of this post. I had been considering "good condition" used, that were listed various places for anywhere from $50-$100 each, and another place that had OEM new for $75 each

As noted in the pinned message at the top of this OEM-parts thread, I have been very pleasantly surprised by the cost and availability of some actual new OEM parts versus various used or aftermarket parts, especially from Lakeland. A bit of challenge searching on their website, though can be done... And they have been very helpful on the phone, once you get through a long on-hold.

In the attached photo, you can see the maybe-two-year old aftermarket lens on the left, and the new OEM lens on the right, on Beastly... The aftermarket lenses were from a well-known Cruiser parts supplier (no diss on them, but definitely the manufacturer...). They were nearly the same price as these OEM (maybe $35/ea, rather than $45)... But both lenses leaked water and dust terribly, and the amber part of the lens actually faded to "yellow" in the first six months (and I'm in Oregon!). The OEM lenses, of course, fit perfectly, likely won't leak water or dust into the bulb housing, and they just look SO MUCH better... Even my non-Cruiser-fan family noticed, and they were excited at the great look.

When you click more it shows this: Parts Detail | GR HERITAGE PARTS | GR | TOYOTA GAZOO Racing - https://toyotagazooracing.com/gr/heritage/parts_detail/?code=90982-08115
Maybe it will be different, but not quite the hope of a FJ60 replacement. :(
Hopefully that is still to come?

That’s for a 60 with a 12H-T.

US 60 series requires: 90982-08135 which is **way** different.

I mean, there are replacements for the 1800s technology that is a fusible link. They might even come in kit form. I suppose you could call it a fusible link replacement kit. 😉

Can someone verify availability (or not!) of BVSV part # 90925-05046. This is what Partsouq gave me for the BVSV located in the lower aft position on the lower thermostat housing for a 1984 FJ60. Showed 0 availability, and couldn't get the number to pop up on my usual toyota online searches. If NLA...any known source for a replacement? Mine appears to be leaking coolant like a sieve (hard to see directly, but a good drip followed by a stream right under this thing as the FJ heats up).

I need the part highlighted below:

If this is the purple or pink you can get it on City Racer

Excellent! Many thanks!

84450-60080, our ELEC844506X - NLA @ dealers. NOS is all that's out there. We have just a few left in our retail inventory for sale.

48531-69067, our SUS69067 - NLA in US parts system. Looks like there are some still floating around import sources.

A few more we were notified on. I'll post up once I confirm they are NLA.

This ignition switch is for early 60s, 81-84. Looks like the 84450-60100 that’s for later models has been NLA for a while. How do these compare to the 84450-60120? I think it’s for 70 series, but readily available.

I could compare Monday, we stock both and I think I have some NOS 84450-60100 too.

Sadly the 90919-21325 went NLA @ Toyota this last fall but I had a few in the 'Noah's Ark hoard' and one went on my FJ40 as we did a top-end refresh. They are too pretty for this Cruiser :D

86353-14332 (our number ANT14332) is NLA from TMNA.
A couple floating around depot's and dealers I presume. Still avail overseas at current.

91111-51090 is dead. Just a boring 10x1.25 - 90mm OEM bolt to some... but a cherished part of our F and 2F manifold hardware kits. Fortunately we've got a few left in assembled kits.

They sure do look purdy with fresh OEM hardware

Amayama states that 16304-61010 Housing, Water Outlet is discontinued. This is sad news for me and 3F :(
I think the Rust Farmers are remaking it.

Correct, but it is for the Fe; the top is totally different, but the bottom is similar to the 3F. It works tho but the top is too complicated to look at haha
