Gulches opens at 10:00AM and closes at dark (plan on 5:00 -5:30) We'll meet in the parking lot at 10:00AM, rolling out shortly there after. There could be a late group around 1:00 after lunch.
Agenda
Wheel
Eat - Gulches cooks hotdogs ($1), hamburgers($3 loaded w/ chili) and has chips and drinks. Skip says a good meal can be had for under $5 (This is dutch treat, so bring your cash)
Wheel
Eat - I am working on finding a restaurant that would be willing to accept a bunch of muddy wheelers for a send-off dinner (it'll be dutch again)
Cost
$20 per truck, $5 per guest. Skip's already waived the "registration fee" and if we get more than 10 trucks, we might get a further discount. All money is for Gulches fees. We will have UC merchandise for sale, so bring some more cash
Who can attend
This would be an UC event, but since we won't have the place to ourselves, it might be a good event to "try us out." Although, we might not be as liberal with our tow strap for the j**pers

Other Stuff
- Gulches has primitive campsites available for those that want to try to stay overnight. Travel trailers are welcome in the parking lot, but there won't be hookups
- Gulches can get nasty if it's really wet, so just be prepared for mud and possible damage
Pics and vids can be seen in our Summer Gulches Thread
More details to come as we get them together.
