Late October is an option too if that helps. Due to COVID, GSMTR has been rescheduled to late October. GSMTR is a sanctioned TLCA event so there will be broad cross section of Land Cruisers attending with a full schedule of activity options [trail rides (from mild sightseeing to shaming buggies), BBQ dinner, raffle, vendors, tech sessions, …]. Also, the meet-n-greet is a effectively a long'ish weekend. GSMTR is a weeklong event which allows picking/choosing portions of the week if it helps your scheduling needs.

I would like to introduce this guy, I've dubbed him Safari Horse. 1991 HZJ77. Imported from Japan in April, i brought him home last Friday. Have since swapped over my ARB bumper, 16" wheels and Dick Cepek Fun Country tires from my old LJ78, El Troque. ARB lift is ordered from @cruiseroutfit and will be installed next week. Planning to rehab my old roof rack and install that. By the way, the old LJ78 is for sale for $6k as it sits with two engines that should make one good running one.
