Cucamonga but don't want to be.
I'm doing a 1.5 inch body lift on a 77 fj40 and need a u-joint for for the steering column. Any suggestions? Thanks, guys.

The lift parts I'm using are UHMW under the body and 1.5" X 2.0" tubing under the bib and back end along with with Energy Suspension mounts and polypropylene webbing

is it stock steering .if so you can lower the mounting plate for the steering column in the firewall a bit .
and space the steering box up a using a spacer and longer bolts .eliminating needing to try and shove a u-joint in there.

that is if it is a stock steering setup

I have a couple of steering shafts with nice U-Joints from early 4Runners or pickups. I'll try to get some pics up later.
