Tyre pressures

I have a uk Landcruiser 100 275x60x18 tyres
The manual says pressures should be be 32psi however My tyre fitters say 40psi
I don’t off road. What do u guys think

You can Google "Toyo load inflation table" (Toyo as in tires, not Toyota). It's a PDF, you can use the examples on the earlier pages then use the tables to find your stock tire size/speed rating and your new tire size/speed rating and figure out the appropriate psi you need for your new tires. Be careful when you look at the sizes, it's separated by tire type, P, LT, etc, make sure your looking at the right tables.
