Oil pressure after oil change

Just changed oil/filter in my 2000 lx470.
5w30 mobile 1 high milage
5quart+9cups of oil
Now when I turn it on oil pressure sits at 1/4 and if I press gas will gradually rise above 3/4
Dipstick reads above full line

Any clue?

I believe that’s normal according to the manual — but you may just have a bit too much oil if dipstick is reading high. Also, most here avoid any high mileage branded oil and stick with either Mobil 1 synthetic or just standard conventional oil. These engines are usually very easy on oil consumption. Hope this helps — the experts may chime in.
