What year is this off of?

well, I would love to sound like I know jack about jacks but I don't. I do know its not the earliest because it has the part number on it. I think the previous years used a flat blade screws and had TEQ on it. It also has a the base that curves up slightly on either side. And the previous year to it had some other characteristics about it. There's thread all about jacks but can't seem to find it.

All to say, this jack is for you.
