OEM Bows have been installed on my 40 for several years, but are more or less in the same shape I got them. They fit well and have all parts, including the rear corner brackets, front door headers, and windshield channel. They will work with hard doors as well (that is how I used them). I believe they are from overseas. $700
Soft top is from Troa. It’s been great. Fit very well and made well in my opinion. It’s about 4 years old. Here is a pic of my cruiser with the top installed that is included on his eBay listing:
