I'm doing a body off. So two questions.

(1) FRAME . Before I sandblast the frame and fix a few bad spots how should I clean out the rust in the frame, can I power wash it out because there is alot of rust flakes in there.

(2) TUB. I have lots of undercoat under it can I power wash that off, if not how do I clean it off. I want to take it off and get it painted.

Thanks

1) sandblasting the frame should clean off the rust, but there is no harm in powerwashing the dirt and flaky stuff off first.
2) sandblasting can take off the undercoat, but it takes much longer than sandblasting rust and will require a lot of sand. A search will give oyu some other options, none of them very pleasant, for removing the stuff, heat and scrape, wire wheels, etc.

I HATED removing the undercoat from mine, but if it werent there, I would have had a bunch of rust in its place to deal with.
