Anyone know how to replace the turn signal bulbs?

Or whereabouts it is in the electronic FSM?

If you're referring the front corner marker lights - next to the headlight - you open the hood and remove 1 screw on top of the housing and then pull the whole assembly straight forward until it pops out. It's decribed in your owner's manual.

The front turn signals - below the headlights- are removed by two screws.

All bulb replacement instructions are in the manual.

I removed the one screw, but didn't want to pull too hard and break something. I'll do it tommorow.

Thanks.

Give it a straight, firm tug. It will pop right out.

The bottom of the corner marker is held on by a pin. This pin was extremely tight on mine. I pulled and pulled until I was afraid I would break something. I then laid underneath the truck and looked up and could see the pin. I used a large, long screwdriver to reach up and nudge the pin from the back side and it popped right out. Made me feel much better than yanking on the light from the front that hard.

Technically the Turn Signal Light is the one pointing straight just above the bumper which is two screws right on the lens and it's out. The above instruction are for the Marker Lights. Unless the PO did the plug switch-aroo as I have. The corner ones are much better for turn signals as vehicles next to you can see you trying to move into them!
To do the switch-aroo the easiest way is to take out both marker and turn signal lights, un-plug and re-route the wires to the other light and plug back in. Boom your turn signal is now at the corner and the marker is in the front facing lights the way it should have been.

Question about the front signal lights while were on the subject.

My right one stays on (on the dash)when I hit it to make a right turn. No blinking - just on. Then I notice that the front signal is on as well. No blinking. Is this toyotas way of telling me to replace the bulb?

Does your right rear turnsignal work? On some vehicles, when one bulb burns out, the remaining just comes on steady like you see. To let you know there is a bulb burned out somewhere.

My guess would be the flasher. If I have a bulb out on one side, it tends to flash double-time (really fast), instead of staying on.

The flasher is the thing that goes "click-click-click" when you turn the blinker on. Under the driver side kick panel.
