Hi all!
As per the usual Turkey Trot will be at Hard Rock Off-Road Park in Ocala, the weekend before Thanksgiving, Friday the 16th through Sunday the 18. Here is the clipping from the Facebook page. on there it looks like we should have approximately 20-25 rigs attending.
There is terrain available for any level of truck or driver.

Copied from Justin's post:

"So it’s official. Turkey Trot will be November 16-18th @ Hard Rock off-road park in Ocala. We need a head count in order to plan the food and activities. This is a family event, Husbands, wives and children all welcome.

All Toyota’s welcome to attend.

Please post a picture of your ride with a detailed head count who what days you will be there how many adults and how many children will be in your group and if you will be camping. Once we have a full head count we will figure out a small fee towards food.

There is a small fee to camp. I think it’s around $10 a night for tent camping.

Campers are welcome for all of you princess’s but they charge more for hookups.

There is a fee per vehicle to Wheel at hard rock per day.

Comments and suggestions are always welcome. "

I think I will be here for that.

Thanks for posting. An official Turkey Trot thread was needed. It does appear that this will probably be one of the better attended Turkey Trots in recent history. This is probably the best in Florida event for Florida people and Land Cruisers. I'm bummed I probably can't make this event due to a prior planned vacation.

If I make to Ocala can I ride with someone?

Out of town guests decided to pay a visit and don't leave until Sunday lunchtime. I'm guessing I could be at Ocala by 2pm which doesn't give much wheeling time. I am considering staying Sunday night and doing some wheeling on Monday. Is anyone planning on staying Sunday night?

Everyone else will probably be gone by 2pm on Sunday... you can wheel the whole park in a matter of hours, though.

Thanks Matt, I might just go up anyway. The boy is itching to go. :)

I plan to be there Saturday morning, but have to head back home that afternoon.

No matter, I'm looking forward to it.

Do we need to bring any food for dinner?

Great Turkey Trot with the largest turnout in years. Big thanks to Luis for the awesome early dinner. Here are some pictures from the FB page, we had a great mix of trucks. Everyone had a blast.
Randy wheeled the hell out of his brand new 200 series.
John broke some knuckle studs on his 80. They will definitely be back for more.

I wish I had had my front driveshaft and axles done before this weekend so I could have really tested my new suspension.
