Probably. On dirt, even a third world POS would pull a 200 straight backwards while running a manure spreader at max PTO.

Oh man. It hurts to watch tug of war videos. Probably the most destructive thing you can do to your drivetrain.

Dirt is the tractor's normal environment. Try a 200 series v. a 4wd tractor in the dirt, shift the tractor down into "crawl" mode, and it should tow the truck like a dog on a lead at 1 mph or so.
