I just got my new TT today! Great issue. Lots of FJ Cruiser coverage.
This brings up a question. How did I miss TJK at the Greenville event?
Did anybody else meet Todd? He didn't mention our club's attendance
either. Weird.

I talked with Todd at the FJ event. He is a very quiet guy and had his son with him. I will PM him and invite him to the BBQ on Saturday. I think we were all a little distracted that morning.

I'll bring the new TT. It is a great issue. The TLC 40 icon is AWESOME.
I wish Toyota had built THAT as a new Cruiser. The FJ Cruiser is nice,
but when you see the TLC Icon on the cover of TT you will understand
why I'd LOVE one of those.
I'm sorry I missed Todd. He and I have missed each other several
times over the years. I'd like to meet him in person one day.
Maybe he'll make the BBQ since it's in his neighborhood.
Come on Todd, party with us! You will have a good time.....I
guarantee!

David there was a several page long TLC Icon article in some 4x4 mag last month that I looked over and read. It is pretty awesome, definitely would have liked to see it produced.

Only change I would make would be a Toyota V8.
I guess they could make one with a Toyota powerplant since
the sky is the limit. Starting at $88K. Ouch!

I communicated with Todd a few weeks ago and told him about the scout ride and the bigger group outing in March. Didn't tell him about the BBQ since it hadn't been planned yet.

Anyway, he is out town this weekend and the weekend of the group expedition ride later this month.

He is at Roundup in TX with LSLC right now.

If we have something sceduled when he's around, he has expressed interest in joining us.

Well, dang it! Once again the schedules collide. One day soon. He usually makes GSMTR
so maybe then. LOL....I'd rather have meet him at the FJ event in Greenville than
Marv or Ivan.
