This ever happened before. Everything looked untouched and we investigated a little deeper and found out why we couldn't jumper the fuel pump on.

Ummmm. Weird?

Rig is a 95. 260k on it. Just died while driving other day. Stumped. New fuel pump and fuel pump relay installed.

OBDII trucks don't have a fuel pump wire in the DLC. E1, TE1, and +b only, as shown.

To jumper the pump you have to give power to the circuit opening relay in the driver's kick panel. Pretty clear what to do with an electrical wiring diagram.
