You can't hide big money, even down in the Who Dat Nation!

200s in the Hills is already in the works, stay tuned. ;)

I was wondering if the HIH would ever develop into a 200s in the Hills 2(H)IH.

HIH will never go away John! 2HIH may find it's own place, but you can bet those folks aren't camping in the mud at Ironton! Besides, they'll all probably trailer their vehicle to the event like Christo. We'd need to find a suitable place for valet parking and a coat check. :)

Stan....I read your post to my wife and she said, "That will be the next event I attend." :)

And, I think she was serious.

I can see it now. We have to start holding the event at Oprah's house in Telluride to accommodate the 200 folks. Start booking your chartered flights now.

Said the woman who grew up on a ranch in South Texas? Imagine @bluecruiser roping cattle and bailing hay. She's way tougher than she let's on and I thought there was a 40% chance she was going to punch you in the face and slap me in the mouth on Black Bear.

She is. She can handle horses, cattle, and even rattle snakes with grace and poise like no other. More like a South Texas ranch princess.

But, she was way out of her comfort zone on Black Bear. Maybe it was 40% on your end, but I think I eclipsed 80%! She was not happy with me, and has not let me forget about it.

Did you guys have to winch up the wall this year?

Guys I got a vid from the 4th HIH trip up in the 100s video section.. Its only video of the first group who went up to Clear Lake on the first day.. It's not the greatest, but has some decent shots. Sorry for the late post but I just found it lol..

Just to add to this thread now that it's been resurrected....

HIH5 Dates have been announced! There will obviously be a welcome thread right here on MUD that will have all the information, answer all the questions, feature our 2015 sponsors and generally get the excitement started.

Please wait until the HIH5 thread is posted to ask any questions. HIH5 will be held in Beautiful Ouray, CO as usual. Dates are.....
July 31st-Aug 2nd. Plan on arriving Thursday the 30th if you'd like to participate in all 3 days of trails/activities. An official thread will be posted on MUD in 4-6 weeks and registration info will be available then.

The Facebook page has some info as does our website. Please check them both often. You're always welcome to email us through the website, message us through Facebook or send a PM directly through this wonderful website you're on right now. See you all in Ouray!

-Haha Nice Crew

We (The Directors) are working hard to finish up everything and get registration set.

We've been busy with Cruise Moab plans and our annual HIH Moab Bandito Vacation. HIH5 is a top priority and is a topic of conversation almost daily for us right now. Permits are in the final stages, sponsors have been contacting us, trail leaders are being discussed.....

No one will be left out. HIH5 will be amazing.

Any updates on HIH5?

Yes..... @bluecruiser and I were talking about it when you posted. Expect the announcement tomorrow. We will give ample time for registration. (at least 10 days) We are finalizing our sponsors, trail leaders and basic logistics.

Sorry for the delay this year. We fully understand that for some of you, this is your summer vacation and you need to make plans. It's been a little more difficult to plan everything this year. There are some hurdles in trying to keep this event the laid back, easy going, non-commercialized event that it was founded on, and organize something that everyone can enjoy and plan for simultaneously. It's grown beyond just 5 or 6 guys camping for the weekend. Everything from firewood to porta-potties has to be taken into account. Just the fact that we have so many families in attendance is something that weighs on us. We want the wives and the kids to have as much fun as the guys. That's what this event/gathering is all about.

Thanks! If I had just been patient for one more day.....

We appreciate all that you and the other directors have been doing!
