I recently did a complete fluid exchange on my 04 for the second time and, like the first, there was no real change in behavior. I can't tell if I'm losing my mind though.....level is 100% spot on via the check plug.
Do you feel the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts under low load low RPM shifts when the truck is cold? Under the above scenarios (shift point between 1.8-2.8k RPM), I can feel the truck shift. It's nothing concerning but I can feel it.
After the fluid reaches 140-160°F (based on my SG) the operation is smoother.
Just looking for feedback from others to confirm or deny my insanity.
