My mechanic told me i need new transmission mounts.It shifts hard from park to reverse.Where should I source the parts from?

Also, have you checked the drive shafts to make sure that they are greased?

Amateur hour here but what am I chacking for? I heard to check slip joint for grease. Are you referring to the same thing?
