Hey bigassbike
I really want to thank you for those pictures they are invaluable. I am about to undergo a t-case rebuild and got all the bolts off except the two I did not see behind that cover. Did you do a complete rebuild? I was going to get the bearing/gasket/ seal kit from CCOT. I recently changed all the fluids and wnet out the next morning and there was a hugh puddle of 90 weight under the front snout of the t-case. The only way I could remove the drive shafts was to press a nail in the grease fitting while at the same time applying pressure to to get all the grease out. Is this the sign of some problem? Seemed like a dubm way to drop the shafts.
