Thanks I am for sure fighting the front drive shaft. I have land tanks rear lower control arms and have considered looking into adjustable uppers to dial in that pending angle.

Who'd you go with for adjustable upper control arms I would like to cry once buy once, bulletproof.

If you haven't already done it, get a set of chasis ears and make sure you know where the vibration is coming from.

pinion angle makes all the difference. I think everyone should run a double Cardan front shaft on our rigs, the standard driveshaft is really only fine for stock vehicle height. With a DC shaft, the front pinion output flange needs to be within +/- 1° to the perpendicular angle of the drive shaft.

The rear pinion output flange needs to be within +/-1° of the transfer case rear output flange.

If you've had this wrong for a long time then you probably need to replace your T-case output bearings, doing this and adjusting my angles got rid of all of my vibration and growling noises.

I changed the bearing in the rear nose of my transfer case for this reason. I was getting a vibration. When you lift your truck, you change the angle and it places stress on this bearing.

I'm assuming this was a resolution?

Rebuilt the front axle last fall.
I replaced u joints on both drive shafts.
Rear axle has a slight groan, but the noise I'm hearing sure sounds like tcase and sounds different than the rear end. Which for right now isn't enough to bother me.

Just for ease of time crunch, I might just buy a used tcase and throw it in while I have time this winter to rebuild the one that is currently in the vehicle. Seems like an easy button solution

Yes, it solved the problem but I also changed the rear u-joints when I did it. I am pretty sure the vibration I was getting was from within the transfer case as the u-joints have a different sound when they are wearing out. A good set of chasis ears would help you be sure.
