No pic, but with the triangular lever the bolt goes up through it with the nut on top. Does that help?

There is a discrepancy in the orientation of the high/low shifter (the triangular piece). The diagram shows it mounted in a lower position than the photo. I would go with the diagram.
Actually the unknown is which way does (lever 36362) face....? forward toward engine/ towards trans or (LT) or ??
