I got the 1" BL installed this morning. No touching or rubbing now with 34.5" x 18mm offset wheels.

The radiator drop bracket is designed, cut, bent and installed as well. No fan/shroud issues and adjusted the steering shaft. Smooth and no binding there.

HA! The 140 build is coming along slowly. But looks like something now...

I took about 40 pics while installing the BL today. So I need to get instructions made and make more of the radiator brackets and get them to powder. I want to have the kits ready to ship by the end of next week.

How easy or hard is it to install the body lift ring?

Any time frame on more UCAs? My upper ball joints on the LX470 are in need of attention and I think I would rather upgrade UCAs than just replace the joints.

It protects the critical components as opposed to just a big plate covering everything, including a bunch of empty space.

I'm making them as quick as I can..... I have 12 sets at powder and IIRC 2 sets are available ....

Got my new sliders made today for the 1" body lift. New jig is set up for anyone that needs a set to accommodate this mod.

The 1" body lift kits will be available tomorrow or Thursday. All parts are in-hand now.

Add 1" to the current gap between the rock and the slider to get an idea.
