Howdy! I don't know of any kits, but there should be some out there. I made mine with hand tools. I used a piece of 2" heavy duty square tube ( I think it was 1/4" thick walls") for the mount on the axle housing. I mounted it vertically on the front of the axle housing, near center, just leaving enough room to easily remove the third member. I notched out one side of the tube with a hand grinder to match the shape of the axle housing. One side is deeper than the other. Then I welded it only the axle, which for me was the hardest part. I have hit a lot of rocks with it in the 10 years it has been on the rig, but it has not moved yet. John

x2 on Ruff Stuff, they have everything you need, brackets all cut ready to go, all you need is the lengths of tubing to finish it up.

Yeup!!! Dan at ruff stuff is the man.
Only thing I would strongly urge you to purchase is a 4.5 in angle grinder if you don't already have one. You'll need that. Get some grinding wheels, cut off wheels and flap disc wheels. Its amaZing what you can do with these items.

Mine's all custom made from parts you could cut off of an 80 series axle in a junk yard and a piece of schedule 40 pipe. :meh:

Front leaf-spring shackle, rounded for clearance:

Sleeve around the factory x-member and a through-frame tube intended for a shackle reversal, but we didn't use it (for that):

Misc brackets off the 80-series rear end when I cut it down:

Pinned instead of welded in case I want to replace the link ends some day and welding would burn the rubber.

Here's a picture when I was mocking it up. All that extra tube is inside the pipe, in case you were worried it wasn't strong enough. :flipoff2:

The front link is pinned through an oblong hole so it can rotate a bit. I love that it uses mostly Toyota parts.

I do have dewalt grinder .. the only issue it's I have no welder .. so I need to go to friends place to weld and I prefeer not bother that much fab pieces .. that's why I was looking for a bolt on kit that I can weld in couple of hours ..

The only problem i see with that setup is too much antisquat . It'll make your ass end hop when you go up super steep stuff and you start to lose traction . Better off mounting the front of your track bar lower . More inline with the front of the leaf .
