Having the same issues with the checkout process as well, thought it was just me. just gave up and ordered through Parksouq, it was a big one $2k+
hopefully no tarrifs
 
I was pretty worried after reading about Serra in this thread. I had already placed my order last Monday. I received shipping notice this last Thursday. Hoping it's all gonna work out.

Serra's site wouldn't find the parts when I entered the #'s, but then I removed my vehicle and they showed up.

Does anyone happen to know what shipping carrier does Serra Toyota of Decatur use?
Mine was shipped via UPS ground.
 
Looks like my order with Serra finally went through. I was not able to purchase two plastic clips, kept showing an error, not a big deal. I was not going to miss the sale due to those two small items. Luckily all of the bigger items finally made it into the cart and I was able to checkout.
 
I'm wondering where this puts me... I got to the order confirmation page, but it was blank and I got no e-mail confirmation. Payment was withdrawn from my bank, however.
 
Their entire e-commerce platform is f'd up tonight. All the SE dealers. I was able to get an order confirmation after several attempts and clearing my cookies/cache, but unable to add anything to the cart beyond what I put in a few days ago. When I search, every single part and accessory for any toyota is 'discontinued.'

Serra's gonna be swamped with the cleanup for weeks. I would not expect much to ship anytime soon.
 
I had no issues ordering parts for my Corolla last night before the 20% sale ended. I live in NC though so I'm fortunate enough where I just order my items for in store pickup. There's 3 local dealers within a ~30 minute drive and they all participate in these sales. If you live in the southeast just pick a dealer local to you and order in store pickup from them. My parts orders are always ready for pickup in two or three days, max.

Do you mind sharing the 3 NC dealers you use that participate in the sales? I'm on the outer banks and Norfolk is the closest dealer to me but they don't always participate in the sales.

Fred Anderson Toyota, Leith Toyota, Hendrick Toyota. FWIW I ordered from Leith Toyota last night. Again, no issues ordering for in store pickup.

X2 on Fred Anderson. Put in a big order on Saturday. I did run into the “processing error” one time at the payment step, but I called them. Nice guy there told me to empty my cache and that it would then go through. It did.

I’ve had very good experiences with their parts department.
 
I tried last night, couldn't get any of the half dozen or so dealer sites that I know of to work no matter what I did. My cart was wiped too, had about 40 part numbers in it.

UPS if I remember correctly. Give them a call and they'll tell you, might be both UPS and FedEx since they both drop off there.

I called the dealer I placed my order with and they confirmed they did receive my order and sent me an order confirmation. Might be worth checking. Though I think if your cc’s didn’t get charged there’s a good chance the order didn’t go through.
 
Based on my experience Bell Lexus in Scottsdale Arizona has the best prices. Most orders are free shipping and the customer service is great. Like others have mentioned, Serra is great with customer service and packaging, but the orders take longer to ship. I just check pricing on an A/C condenser for an LX470. Serra, Ourisman, Fred Anderson, and others are around $343 without shipping. Discount Parts Monster $356 without shipping. Lexus/Toyota of West Kendall which sometimes has ok prices is $372 without shipping. Park Place Lexus still higher. Bell Lexus $302 out the door with free shipping. Amayama and Partsouq is sometimes cheaper but the shipping takes much longer and the shipping is not free.

Did you get yours in yet? Packaging on mine was great to protect it from external forces, but they put the bag of hardware in the inner box with the condenser. A few fins bent that will need to be straightened out but I'm happy to have an OEM part in hand.

I just did this and can confirm it works. Haven't tried with any other dealers. It may work beyond Serra since Eric seems to suggest that Corporate is owning the problem, but it ends at midnight tomorrow.

I still get the same error.

Tried one dealer logged in.
Tried another dealer logged out.

Both incognito browsers.

I'm cursed, I guess.


EDIT:

I tried an order where I divided the initial 48 items in half to 24... and the order went through.
I then added the second half... and the order went through.

The bug I was experiencing must happen when a certain number (above 24 and definitely 48) is added to the cart.
