I have owned a few HZJ75s and HZJ79s over the past few yrs and this particular 75 has every off road option a 4x4 enthusiast would ever need, owned by 2 people since new, 1st owner used it for work purpose only(ALWAYS SERVICED, sold due to new work Ute ) 2nd owner bought at 156 000kms and put thousands of dollars into the Ute, owned for 10yrs. Reason 2nd owner sold due to larger family(needed wagon)

(Dude, that is totally NSFW 35%!)

Hey Got mud, what does NSFW short for? totally lost me.

I am away on holidays till next friday and dont have access to take fresh pics till I return. The canopy works well and is fully functionable. It has windows on the left n right side of the canopy( I am pretty sure they are screened, but honestly dont remember as I havnt really had a chance to use it the way it is intended). I have been driving with it rolled up as I need it for the flatdeck purpose. The previous owner built n used the canopy for his over night fishing trips, the roof of the canopy was built heavy duty with no speed wobble or play. The top of roof is used for the spare tire and can prob hold TONS of added weight besides the spare if need b.

havnt gone camping with it yet, but Im sure it would be semi comfy to add a blow up matress in the back and sleep under the stars as it was intended. there is also a light wired on the roof of canopy so you can actual see what u are working on

Can you also either tell me or photo the knuckles, and when you think serviced last? I may have missed it if it's already posted below. Mike

(Anywhere in North America to find parts for it? )

Pretty easy to source parts for the 1HZ any where in north America,

most part #s are listed on MUD or cross ref #

body parts/panels can be sourced through a few mining companies and through landcruiser specialty shops.

Heavy duty after market parts can be sourced on EBay or ship directly from Aus

Ive never had a problem sourcing parts for the 70 series landcruisers.

I agree matt16

I would only take a tacoma, hzj73, bj74, troopie, or fj45 on a partial trade.

Thanks for the bump. Kinda strange that it has not yet sold. I have alot of $ into the rig and I looked long and hard for this particular rig. It took months on end to find a beige HZJ75 with the options I needed.

I just got it legally registered and plated in B.C. Title in hand,

Aloha

HZJ75 pick up BC CANADA

bump?????????

I took the Ute off road for my first trip up in western Canada and it performed perfectly. It crawled up anything with lockers engaged. pics to follow soon

I researched the suspension and finally figured out the make n model/=Heavy duty Koni.

new pads all around stops much faster than before ;)

hint:
the market is vey weak for Land Cruisers lately.
me, i would just sit on it and wait for the market to change... but it ain't me.
i have had this one for sale for ages, NOT an ex-mine truck with ten thousand original km on it.
Luxury Imports - Calgary, Alberta
with very little interest.

either be patient or drop the price.

The 3FE is a powerful 6 cylinder engine that creates excellent torque at a low rpm. Couple this engine with the reliability and strength of the H55F 5 speed and 4.11 differential gears

Did this fj75 come with a 3fe or missprinted 3f mate ?

Wayne, last time I checked there was no price on your pickup - how much is it?

the carb'd 3F...
i just posted it to show that Land Cruiser pickups are not a fast seller in todays market.
(it pulls okay, picture the old 2F and you will get the idea. swap in FI and a turbo and it would be a hoot to drive. i never owned a brand new pickup so this is as close as i will get)

Not sure if the second paraghragh in ur reply was ment for me to mate but ive had a fj75 3f carb , i just wondering as ur ad said 3fe fj75 and aus never got a fj75 3fe, thought its either a miss print or other markets sold 7x series with the 3fe

all good mate
