he paid for all the work rather then doing it himself and he bought tons of OEM parts plus a new crate engine/tranny. My guess anyways...

If BTB did all the work then I can see the $65k. Sure, that's allot of money but they do clean professional work.
So $16k is actually very reasonable. You couldn't build that 60 for that amount, in parts alone.
