Anyone know the torque setting for these bolts? 91 4wd toy pkup, front spindle. 12mm

Looks like 38 ft-lb.

I'm seeing 13 ft/lbs for the bolts that hold the shield to the hub.
My general rule of thumb is 15-18 ft/lbs for most any bolt that has a 12mm head

weird, this is where I got 13 ft/lbs - this is for a '95 4runner, so I would assume the same for a '91 Pickup
