Steering rack bellows don’t have nearly the demands that a CV or BJ boot have. Any old bellows will do. Are they leaking or torn? Super unusual of them to tear. If they are leaking that means your whole rack is shot.
P/N 45535-60010, around $20/ea.
Also, clamps are 96134-52600 (small) and 90460-62006 (large) if you need them.

Not true. Just means seals are leaking, often because fluid was never changed at regular intervals.

Yes thanks for clarifying, the typical course of action is to replace the rack rather than rebuild. That’s more what I’m getting at.
It's uncanny how timely other people's threads are - need to do my passenger side bellows and tie rod end boots and opened the 100 Tech forum to start a search...

I called the dealer near to me for new boots and clamps and man they know how to mark up stuff!!!!!!

If you’re gonna do it, you might as well do it right.
When you say "total goners" is there fluid inside or leaking from the rubber boots? Even if theres not, it doesn't take much road crap to make the internal seals start to leak, as the only job the boots are there to do is protect the seals and internal parts of the steering rack from particles.
Complete seal repair kits are available and will be a lot cheaper than replacing the whole rack. If you can't tackle the job youself any competent shop can do it, as it's not a difficult job to remove and service the steering rack on a 100 series. BTW, when I say compentent I don't mean yer local tyre fitting shop, a local independent specialist would be my choice if I couldn't do the job myself.
I would order all the parts from PartSouq, as again they are genuine parts and a lot cheaper than a stealer.
I would also replace the mounting rubber bushes, (yours is an 06, right? As the rack design was changed in August 2002) thease bushes are not available separately from Toyota, but you can get replacments from SuperPro, or the like, SuperPro part number SPF2987K.... SuperPro Europe - Suspension Parts, Poly Bushes, Suspension Bushes
Part Numbers, all genuine Toyota.
Boots...4553560010...same for left and right.
Clamps, large....9046062006. small....9613452600, you'll need two of each.
Seal repair kits, #1 0444560090, #2 0445560050

Partsouq is a great parts source, just to second this. My dad wanted a new center cap for his 06 LX as one was missing. Partsouq with shipping had the best price by far on a new one.
They’re not usually cheap for big ticket items like CVs or Racks but little Knick knacks like this they really cannot be beat.
Cruiser outfitter sells the steering boots also. JUst got one from them, super fast delivery and very reasonably priced...

Where do you order the SuperPro bushings from? I’m trying to find a distributor in the US on my phone at work and isn’t working!

Fit like a glove. Re-used the outer clamp and a zip-tie included with the boot for the inner end.

Probably worth doing the inner and outer tie rods while you’re there. Get 555 parts from @cruiseroutfit , great price and great service. Definitely get the clamps to go with the boots, they’re not expensive and because they are a little tricky to get off/on you are likely to mangle.
