10 cyl and mileage... Seems like an oxymoron. But if you drive one, I don't think you care.

It's a TDI (turbo direct injection diesel). The beauty of diesel, is it only uses the fuel it needs. No A/F ratio to worry about like with gasoline. Wouldn't use much fuel unless driving it super hard or towing I imagine.
 
Anybody know the guy who owns them? I have sent an e-mail to him, but like you guys say, there is probably a lot of interest at this price.

Awesome. I had 2 of these over the years. Loved them. Too bad you cant be over 5'8" and fit in one without significant chiropractic bills. :)

Buddy will never have time to finish this, everything is inside of it to finish, used to be sitting on 38's, diffs are rebuilt with 4.88's and Aussie lockers, inline 6 with header, 2 bbl carb, and distributor conversion, and yes msd wires, new clutch I believe, great project for someone

Seems like a lot for the money there. If I was at a different point in life, I'd be lookin at that thing.
 
That 61 is sweet, love the mirrors. Front and rear cable lockers make it oh so much better too
 
That 61 is worth it! It has the F-5 wheels. I dig the touring mirrors too!
 
Yeah, sigh.......still cool though! For a city truck!
