I'll take one. I have called him twice and sent him a email. Just waiting for a response to pay for the winch. I assume he will honor the price if he doesn't get back to me by tomorrow?

I got a couple emails from him today so I know he was around. I think he might be a tab bit busy! You officially have till the end of the 20th to get your order in at the quoted price. If you communicated your intent via voicemail and/or email, I would think that would he would sell it to you at the GB rate.

Just saw this thread right now! I will call Duncan first thing tomorrow morning and see if I'm not too late!

I wonder if Duncan would consider extending this GB a little longer?

I dunno...He has been very lenient so far. I would think that at some point he would appreciate the extra margins per unit sold. I mean it still is a screaming deal at his full retail price. That said, I am not speaking for him.

I'm kinda interested about what else he might be offering in the future.

Good news! I have heard really good things about Titan's air compressors. 4WD Magazine had a very favorable review of their Max Air unit.

I received my 70 lbs box on Monday, I opened it on Wednesday and it was packed full of goodies. Under everything I found a broken wired control. I gave Duncan an email this morning and within 20 minutes he said he would get a replacement out to me today.

Great customer service, now about that air compressor?
