@gaijin
I read your post about the source of your RCTIPs and I wanted to take a stab at recalculating mine before I asked you.
2011 LX 570 on P285/50 R20 was stock at 33psi, and I changed to a BFG KO2 in LT275/55 R20 D 115
Using the charts published on Toyo's website, I come up with a RCTIP of 52psi to maintain the 2315lb load rating.
What does the master say?

You need to go back and read page 11 of the Toyo Guide again: P-Metric to LT-Metric.

You need to divide the P-Metric Load Limit of 2315lb by 1.1 to yield a required LT-Metric Load Limit of 2105lb. Look at the charts again for the LT-Metric Load Limit and you will find:

The RCTIP for those LT275/55R20 tires on your LX570 is 46psi F/R.

Now that you've done it once, you should be good to go.

Looking for recommendations for towing tire pressure. I have a 2010 LX with take off 18" Tundra Wheels and tires. Tires are Michelin LTX A/T2, P275/65-18, 114T. Trailer will weigh around 6500 lbs loaded.

Thanks,
Jeff

The Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure (RCTIP) for those P275/65R18 tires on your LX570 is 28psi F/R.

Toyota/Lexus do not recommend any tire pressure adjustment as long as you stay within specifications for Gross Trailer Weight, Gross Combination Weight, GVWR, GAWR, and braked/unbraked TWR (Check your Owner's Manual for specifics).

That low for an 18" tire? Stock is a 20". I have been running 33 in my 18"

Your comment doesn't give me much to go on.

What size 18" tire are you talking about?

Are you using them on a LC200 or LX570?

Sorry the P275/65R18 mentioned above, using them on an LX570, 2010

OK. Yes, the RCTIP for those tires is 28psi F/R on your LX570.

@gaijin - Could you please provide RCTIP for 2020 Heritage LC with Nitto Ridge Grapplers-LT275 /65R/18?
Thanks in advance

Nitto makes the Ridge Grappler in two sizes that may appear similar, but are very different:

The first is an ISO-Metric size 275/65R18 116T XL

The second is a LT-Metric size LT275/65R18 123/120Q Load Range E

Please check that you have the second LT-Metric size referenced in your post. If you do:

The RCTIP for those LT275/65R18 tires on your 2020 LC200 is 45psi F/R.

I have a 2004 Lexus LX470 with General Grabber 275/65R18 tires. What recommendations do you have for PSI? Thanks!

Well... there are a couple of things wrong with your question:

1. Your vehicle is an LX470 - I only recommend pressures for LC200/LX570
2. Being kind-hearted, I was going to try to look up something for you anyway, but I could not find ANY variant of a "General Grabber" (Grabber A/Tx, Grabber APT, Grabber AT2, Grabber HD, Grabber HTS60, Grabber STX2, or Grabber X3) that is available in ISO-Metric size 275/65R18 - your tire size is probably different, LT-Metric maybe?

So, if you are interested, all the info you need to calculate the Recommended Cold Tire Inflation pressure for your tires (once you determine the correct tire size) can be found in this excellent monograph on the subject from Toyo Tires (Toyo's Guide to Application of Load and Inflation Tables)

Hi @gaijin . Would like a pressure recommendation on a 275/70-17 KO2 for an lc200. My stock size was 285/60-18. Tire shop put in 46psi and hoping I can lower it as I am all stock and will probably won't put a lot of load. Thanks!

Since BFG doesn't make an ISO-Metric 275/70R17 tire, I assume you mean the LT275/70R17/E 121/118R tire. Please check your tire sidewall and assure this is the case.

If my assumption on size is correct, the Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure for the LT275/70R17/E 121/118R tires on your LC200 is 43psi Front/Rear.

While we’re at it, what is the recommended pressure for a false. Wildpeak in a 275/55/20?

Do you mean the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W in ISO-Metric size 275/55R20 XL 117T? Please confirm.

And will these be used on a LC200 or LX570?

Please advise.

Good day sir!

Looking for the recommended pressure for BFG KO2 LT295/55/R20 E on a 2013 LX570.

Apologies if it's been posted previously, I tried several searches with no luck.

Thanks!
